CarRadar is an independent aggregator that indexes and displays publicly available used car listings from Korean platforms, primarily Encar and KB Chachacha. CarRadar is not a dealership, broker, or seller. We do not facilitate vehicle transactions.
Listing prices, mileage, and availability are sourced from third-party platforms and may not reflect current conditions. CarRadar makes reasonable efforts to keep data up to date but cannot guarantee accuracy. Always verify details directly with the seller or platform before making any decisions.
CarRadar is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Encar, KB Chachacha, Hyundai, Kia, or any other brand or platform displayed on the site.
You may use CarRadar for personal, non-commercial vehicle research. You may not: scrape or systematically harvest our data; use automated tools to access the service; attempt to reverse-engineer our pricing models; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
The CarRadar brand, logo, interface design, and our aggregated data structures are the property of Params Inc. Vehicle listing data remains the property of the respective source platforms. CarRadar's translation and curation layer is proprietary.
CarRadar is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Params Inc. is not liable for any losses, damages, or decisions made based on information displayed on CarRadar, including pricing errors, listing inaccuracies, or vehicle condition misrepresentations.
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected in the 'Last updated' date. Continued use of CarRadar after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, South Korea.
